Almost all our business today is supplying custom made items
. These are gourmet ingredients and every customer has there

nor the resources to pre cook the vegetables on site. Seasonality
can also be an issue, we can solve this as we offer all year
round and can supply what you need on a month by month basis.

product . All under strict quality controls with HACCP in place
and the necessary documentation to meet our food laws and our
